Designed by Pro-Ge Architecture, İskur Holding Headquarters is a contemporary office building located in Istanbul, merging functionality with a refined aesthetic. Encompassing a total area of 16,000 m², the project is a comprehensive delivery including architectural design, interior design, construction management, and consultancy — all handled by Pro-Ge.
The design process focused on creating a flexible and people-oriented workspace aligned with today’s evolving office culture. Open-plan workspaces, generous daylight, social zones, and rest areas have been strategically planned to enhance the user experience. The interior layout prioritizes material quality, acoustic comfort, and visual balance. Additionally, the building includes on-site wellness amenities such as sports facilities, lounges, shower areas, and a sauna, supporting both physical health and employee motivation.
Equipped with advanced infrastructure, the building has been developed in line with sustainability principles and features environmentally conscious systems. Targeting LEED Gold certification, the project combines energy efficiency with user comfort.
