ALPER TOLGA PERÇİNEL
Architect | Founder of PRO-GE Architecture & Interior Design
Alper Tolga Perçinel is a Turkish architect with more than three decades of experience in architecture, interior design, and project development. He is the founder of PRO-GE Architecture & Interior Design, an Ankara-based practice specializing in hospitality, tourism, and commercial architecture.
A graduate of Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture (1989), Perçinel has been involved in the design and realization of numerous large-scale projects throughout his career. His work includes architectural and interior design contributions to projects developed for internationally recognized hotel brands such as Hilton, Swissôtel, Sheraton, and Novotel, as well as major shopping centers and commercial developments.
His design philosophy focuses on the balance between architectural identity, functionality, and long-term value, creating spaces that are both economically efficient and architecturally distinctive.
Before establishing PRO-GE in 2003, he was a partner at MG Group Construction, where he played a key role in project development and construction management. Earlier in his career, he worked with SWA Group on the design and realization of the Seven Seas Hotel in Antalya.
Perçinel’s work has also been recognized in architectural competitions, including First Prize in the Malatya Mehmet Kavuk Mosque Architectural Competition and Third Prize in the Mimar Sinan Traveling Museum Competition.
Today, he continues to lead projects that aim to create timeless, high-quality architectural environments, particularly within the hospitality and commercial sectors.
